Gen-X walk-in bathtub: Features
Like all bathtubs in the Special Line, Gen-X is designed to make access easier for more fragile users, thanks to a practical metalcrylate door, whose inner closure can also serve as a support handle to lean on or help pull oneself up. To further facilitate entry, a rounded step measuring 22.5 cm in height helps ensure a safe and stable footing.
Gen-X offers not only safety and functionality, but also enhanced wellbeing. To support users in standing up more comfortably, the Gen-X whirlpool version includes a slightly inclined ergonomic seat, which can be enriched with built-in dorsal jets to provide maximum comfort. In the lumbar area and along the feet-calf zone, users can enjoy a relaxing, massaging and draining effect.
A major advantage of the Gen-X bathtub for seniors is its innovative rapid-drain system. Once activated, the forced drain empties the tub in about two minutes. The mechanism works automatically, operating alongside the standard gravity drain, without requiring additional controls.
